Delete in the app
- Open Cerenity AI and sign in.
- Open Settings from your profile.
- Choose the account-deletion control.
- Review the consequences and confirm the request.
If you cannot access the app
Email cerenityai@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and explain that you cannot access the in-app control.
Support may need to verify that you control the account before proceeding. Do not send your password, store payment details, or sensitive health information.
What deletion means
Deletion removes the account and associated app data according to the final Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Some limited records may be retained where required by law or reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance.
Deleting Cerenity does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel the subscription separately in your platform-store account.
