Use Cerenity thoughtfully.

These pre-launch terms describe the responsibilities that come with using Cerenity AI and its food-planning and general-wellness features.

Eligibility and accounts

Cerenity is intended primarily for adults. Current nutrition calculations support ages 14 and older, but younger users should only use the service where permitted and with any consent required by applicable law.

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping sign-in credentials secure, and activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

AI-assisted content and user responsibility

Recipes, ingredient identification, meal estimates, Coach responses, and related suggestions may be created or assisted by automated systems. Outputs can be incomplete, uncertain, or wrong and must be reviewed before you rely on them.

You remain responsible for food selection, preparation, portions, label review, allergy suitability, kitchen safety, and decisions affecting your health or wellbeing.

General wellness only

Cerenity is a general wellness and food-planning product. It is not a medical device, healthcare professional, emergency service, diagnostic service, or substitute for qualified care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Seek qualified professional advice for medical, nutrition, pregnancy, eating-disorder, allergy, or serious health concerns. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

Subscriptions

When subscriptions become available, Apple App Store or Google Play will process payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and management or cancellation occurs through your platform-store account. Local pricing, currency, tax, offer eligibility, and trial eligibility are controlled by the store.

Service access may depend on a valid subscription and may be subject to reasonable protective usage and concurrency limits. Purchase and restore terms displayed by the store at the time of transaction apply.

Acceptable use and ownership

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Cerenity to violate law or the rights of others.
  • Do not treat the service as a source of emergency, medical, or professional advice.
  • Cerenity and its brand, app, design, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Cerenity does not promise uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, a particular health outcome, or the suitability of a result for every person or circumstance.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and liability is limited as allowed by applicable law. Final jurisdiction, dispute, and limitation language will be added after legal review.

Changes and contact

Material changes to final terms will be communicated as required. Continuing to use the service after an effective update may indicate acceptance where permitted by law.
